How to use: Take an appropriate amount (about 1 cm) from the tube and spread it thinly over the entire mouth with clean fingertips or tongue. If you use a mouth guard or mouthpiece, apply it all over the mouth. Wipe off or spit out any excess. The recommended frequency of use is about 2 to 3 times a day, but please use according to the dryness of the mouth.
